Yesterday,Seira Hayakawa announced that she will be graduating from Nogizaka46 at the end of August.
She announced her graduation less than a month after complaining of power harassment from director SEIGO.
She had previously made remarks suggesting her graduation from Nogizaka,so I don't know if power harassment was the direct cause,but I think it has a lot to do with it.
However,in this world, I thought that I had won everything I said.
Of course,Idon't agree with what the director did.
Acts of power harassment are unacceptable.
Until a decade ago,power harassment was allowed to some extent,so some people are not keeping up with the changing times,and some people don't recognize it as power harassment.
I sometimes tend to use rough words when I demand something better from others,but I think we have to recognize that going to far can lead to power harassment.
